The PEI Fire Fighters Curling Association is honoured to have hosted the 2009 Canadian Fire Fighters Muscular Dystrophy Hydrant Curling Championship at the Charlottetown Curling Club in Charlottetown Prince Edward Island from March 27th to April 4th 2009.

 1: NO-hits and rolls behind center, Sask needs the button, rock heavy back 4. NOnt steals 1

2: Sask - just missed a double take-out and gave up a steal of 1

3: Sask makes a perfect freeze on skips 1st rock, NOnt just a little heavy on their freeze and roll off, Sask makes the quiet tap for 2

4: Sask third makes the perfect tap to the top button, NOnt skips 1st makes the hit and roll not quite shot, Sask double guards, NOnt last rock plays the quiet tap around the guard, rubs the guard Sask steals 1

5: wide open end, Sask hits and rolls out on their last, NOnt throws away their last rock

 6: NOnt makes an early hit and roll behind a Sask rock, Sask play the run back and narrowly miss, exchanging hits the remainder of the end and Sask unable to make a double, NOnt makes the draw for 2.

7: lots of rocks in play in the house with no guards out front, NOnt makes a great cross the house double on his last and leaves Sask a draw against 3, Sask makes the draw for 1 landing back 4

8: Sask in trouble the entire end, skips last rock makes a tricky double through a small port to sit one, NOnt tries to come through the same port rubbing the guard to straighten the shooter out and makes the pick and scores 2

9: lots of rocks in play in the house with no guards out front, Sask skips makes a hit and roll on his first. NOnt plays the hit but rolls too far leaving Sask the quiet tap for 2.

10: skips rocks to come Sask with rock top 4 and two guards out front, NOnt sitting shot rock on the edge of the 4 Skips rocks, Sask hits and sticks on his first to sit two, NOnt hits and sticks for shot. Sask plays the nose hit just catches a piece of the rock and rolls out. NOnt needs the draw to the 4 against 1 for the win and is heavy sask steals the win
